Designed as the expansion of our own shared workspace, ELEVENTH at The New Work Project pairs a warm, neutral palette with biophilic elements to create a calm, light-filled environment that supports both focused work and collaboration. Inspired by feedback from our existing members, the design balances privacy and openness through a series of thoughtfully defined work zones that encourage productivity while fostering connection.
The space features twelve private studios, a lounge anchored by oversized skylights and custom semi-circular breakout booths, and a naturally lit gallery workspace with dedicated desks screened by bronze glass. Custom furniture, decorative lighting, bespoke artwork, and carefully selected finishes—including Eskayel and Designtex wallcoverings—combine to create a sophisticated workplace with the warmth and comfort of a residential interior.
