The Ellery is a 330-unit luxury rental building near Times Square, developed by Taconic Partners and National Real Estate Advisors, designed by Handel Architects, and leased by Compass Development Marketing Group. As our most ambitious project to date, we provided the FF&E for every amenity space, including the lobby, concourse, coworking and event spaces, games room, private dining room, sun lounge, landscaped courtyard, rooftop pool terrace, and the leasing and management offices.
Designed to balance luxury with everyday functionality, each space has its own distinct identity while contributing to a cohesive resident experience. Rich materials, sculptural lighting, curated artwork, and layered textures create a series of warm, sophisticated environments that transition effortlessly from work and socializing to relaxation, entertaining, and wellness.
