With a blissful palette and a seamless mix of statement furniture, graphic artwork, and collected ethnic accessories, this Chelsea duplex exudes understated sophistication. The generously proportioned, low-slung sectional anchors the double-height living room, while an oversized cloche pendant provides a sculptural focal point. A custom brass coffee table and matching media cabinet, both designed by The New Design Project and fabricated by DCM Fabrication, introduce refined detailing, with brass accents echoed throughout the space. Custom artwork crafted from marble, black laminate, and brass sits alongside carefully curated objects, all reflected in the antique mirror above the fireplace.
In the dining room, a calming blue and green palette creates a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Vintage mid-century lounge chairs, a Moroccan rug, and a petrified wood side table form an intimate seating area, while a marble and walnut dining table is paired with vintage caned dining chairs reupholstered in a rich blue-green fabric.
